Enhancing the performances of agricultural equipment maintenance in the enterprises of service type. Bibliographic study

Abstract

Abstract. This study synthesizes literature data from the last 30 years concerning the maintenance systems used in engineering and especially in agricultural engineering, An extensive literature review was carried out to identify strategies for agricultural equipment maintenance management and ways for enhancing the quality of maintenance works. The most spread types of maintenance were analyzed from the prospects for using them in the country’s current development conditions. It was ascertained that the reliability-centered maintenance system has good prospects for successful implementation in the Republic of Moldova. It is oriented to keeping equipment reliability with minimum resources, minimazing and eliminating the consequences caused by equipment failures and reducing operating and maintenance costs.

Rezumat. Acest studiu prezintă o sinteză a datelor din literatură din ultimii 30 de ani cu privire la sistemele de mentenanţă folosite în inginerie şi, în special, în ingineria agrară. În rezultatul analizei unui număr extins de publicaţii ştiinţifice au fost identificate strategii în managementul mentenanţei echipamentelor agricole şi căi de imbunătăţire a calităţii lucrărior de mentenanţa. Au fost analizate cele mai răspândite tipuri de mentenanţă din perspectiva folosirii acestora în condiţiile actuale de dezvoltare a ţării. S-a constatat, că sistemul de mentenanţă centrată pe fiabilitate are perspective de implementare reuşită în Republica Moldova. Acest sistem este orientat spre menţinerea fiabilităţii echipamentelor cu resurse minime şi spre reducerea la minimum şi eliminarea consecinţelor cauzate de refuzurile echipamentelor, fiind reduse, astfel, costurile de exploatare şi mentenanţă.
