Detecţia titrelor de anticorpi postvaccinali împotriva bronşitei infecţioase în condiţii experimentale

Abstract

The article includes the serological investigation of maternal and post vaccination level of specific antibody titers against infectious avian bronchitis, Newcastle disease and bursal disease virus. For the vaccination there were used the following strains: “H-120, B1”, “4/91”, “LaSota” and “Ornibur”, which were administrated with drinking water and by spraying method. The level of antibody titers was established using the ELISA test. The level of antibody titers varied between the limits 1: 20.5893and 1: 2904.25.
